Fashion's Night Out drew thousands of style seekers and lifestyle lovers alike in celebration and support of Boston's fashion industry. From the Back Bay to the South End, the streets were bustling with shoppers and show-stoppers who visited an endless array of shops for sales, sips and savory samples.
My first stop was Newbury Street where I had my paws pampered with polish at MiniLuxe. After two coats of red (OPI's Kennebunk-port), I was ready to rock the road. As a newcomer to Fashion's Night Out, I was without a strategic plan in place which was odd considering that I'm a planner in every facet of my life.
Looking back, I wish my event agenda had been more carefully planned out. It's so easy to get wrapped up in good conversation (and intriguing people watching) at these events. And of course it's impossible to be at two places at once. What you miss from one experience, you gain from another. There's always next year and there's always Boston Fashion Week.
